Monday, Wednesday & Friday 7 am – 3 pm
Tuesday & Thursday 1 pm – 4 pm
Online Therapy
Beginning in April of 2024 I will be meeting with patients exclusively online.
I am currently an In-Network provider with:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oregon (Regence)
- Moda
- Pacific Source (Commercial and OHP/Medicaid)
