Yo La Tengo or Ellos Me Tienen
I found Yo La Tengo (or they found me) when I was in a season in my life of travelling. That season was full of all kinds of new experiences and discoveries. Yo La Tengo was one of them. I am not a fan of all there music but the second song in this video is of particular importance. It has a kind of soft sad romanticism that really resonated with me at the time. I still find the song beautiful but not in the same way as before. I remember I felt like this song somehow spoke what was deepest in me, but now I see that there are yet deeper places to be found and spoken of. Yes, I am still in some ways a romantic but I discovered that I am also more.[/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container]
